This course will teach you about the protocol of performing a funeral.  It will also teach you how to put together the structure of a funeral, including the appropriate inclusion of religious or secular aspects, and appropriate music, poetry and readings.  We will instruct you on how to deal sensitively with bereaved clients and how to deliver a funeral ceremony with confidence and sensitivity.  The training is accompanied by ongoing mentorship by industry professionals.
